Saru Sushi Bar opened in quaint Noe Valley neighborhood in 2012, and has been serving San Francisco fresh and carefully selected seasonal sushi, focused on Omakase menu, ever since. Russian Hill location opened in 2017 as "Kinjo" by same team, and accomplished One Michelin Star with its exclusive traditional Omakase course menu. Now, the team transformed "Kinjo" to "Saru Handroll Bar - Russian Hill" to serve more casual dining options for Russian Hill neighbors.
